Orders

☆ How can I place my order?

  To place an order you need to go to my Etsy shop and choose the product you would like to purchase.

☆ Can I add a new item to my order once is placed?

  Unfortunately not. You would have to place a new order.

☆ Which payment methods do you accept?

  Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Sofort, Klarna and Etsy credit and gift cards are accepted as payment methods.

Delivery

☆ What courriers do we use?

  I send the orders with Deutsche post with standard delivery and with DHL if shipping with tracking is chosen.

☆ I chose shipping with tracking, when do I get the tracking number for the delivery?

  Tracking number is received once the shipping is confirmed. A confirmation per email will be sent.

☆ How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

  A confirmation per email will be sent once the order is dispatched.

☆ How long it takes for my order to arrive?

  Delivery within Germany takes around 2 to 3 days.

  Delivery to West-, Mid-Europa and Scandinavia between 2 and 4 days.

  South-, East-Europa, USA, Canada and Japan between 3 to 7 days.

  And delivery to rest of the countries takes between 6 and 15 days.

☆ What happens if my order does not arrive?

  Sometimes delivery takes slightly longer than specified due to bank holidays or strikes, we ask you to please be patient.

My order is a present

☆ Do you offer gift wrapping?

  The baby sneakers, baby sandals and earrings are by default with gift wrapping. If you want the other items with gift wrapping, please choose the option before check out in my Etsy shop.

☆ Can I get my order sent directly to the recipient as a present?

  Yes, you need to provide the recipient address before check out as delivery address and I will be happy to send the package there.

  In case you want to include any message with the package as well, please let me know in the comments and I will be happy to send it along.

International

☆ Do you offer International shipping?

  Yes, we send the products internationally. Standard delivery is free.

  Nevertheless, I recommend in countries where the local courier does not work properly to choose shipping with tracking to send it with DHL.

  Prices for shipping with tracking can be checked at my Etsy shop.

☆ I am an International customer, how do I place my order?

  You can place your order normally, once the delivery address is provided, Etsy calculates the delivery charges.

  Standard delivery is free.

☆ Will be any customs charges be applied?

  All the orders are shipped from Germany and sold on an unpaid delivery duty bases.

  Therefore please be aware that you or the recipient will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes.

  Charges may vary based on the contents of the order.

  Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.

Returs & Refund

☆ What is your return policy?

  We really hope that you will be pleased with your order, but we understand that from time to time you may want to send something back for an exchange or a refund.

  All items (excluding earrings) can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of placing your order.

  We regretfully cannot refund the shipping costs. So you will have to pay for the shipping cost of the return.
